Group Training

Build the body of your dreams with the most effective exercise program in the world. Our group training program is geared towards beginners as well as more seasoned athletes. You’ll focus on strength and conditioning with a variety of movements that include back squats, front squats, deadlifts, Olympic lifts, as well as plyometrics and gymnastics. It’s perfect for anyone eager to take their fitness to the next level.

Individualized Program Design

Do you have specific goals and are looking to maximize your time in the gym? Whether your goal is health and longevity or athletic performance, our experienced coaches will dive into your needs and work 1-on-1 to create optimal workouts that drive your success! Legends Group Class

Natural aging leads us to lose aerobic endurance, muscle strength, and flexibility which can have disturbing effects on a person’s ability to perform everyday activities such as climbing stairs, picking up a grandchild or simply getting out of a chair or bath tub, predisposing adults to poorer function and greater risks of falls.

The best training in the world won’t work without the right nutrition. With our Nutrition Coaching Program, we’ll help you find the optimal nutrition needs for your body type, overall health and goals. This program takes an in-depth look into your medical, physical, and lifestyle history to create the best plan for you.

Personal Training

Looking to develop a certain skill or just need some specific one on one training. Our professional coaches will work with you in a one on one setting to ensure you have the confidence to perform your skill or movement.
